Your first session will run approximately 90 minutes. All other sessions will run 45-60 minutes.
During your first session, we will talk further about my training, credentials, and the way I do therapy. I will also make sure you understand the limits of our confidential relationship.
Once you are clear you want to work with me, we will discuss the issues that trouble you and how we might proceed to help you achieve your goals.
