My standard fee is $125 per 45 to 55minute session and $150 for an intake and assessment (90 minutes).
Payment is due at the time of service and will be charged to your personal credit, debit, or Health Savings Card (or an HSA). All card information will be registered with a secure credit card processing company through your private Client Portal at the time of intake.
I accept personal insurance from several providers including Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana TriCare East, Global Health, Health Choice, and others. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm my participation in their system.
Additional charges may apply for services other than those normally covered by insurance including for Myers-Briggs Type Inventories. Please consult my Schedule of Fees for a more detailed list of potential charges.
Fees will be charged for missed sessions without appropriate advanced notice. Please consult my “Guidelines for Service” to understand my policies.
